Stream Deck AI commentary buttons
The Colorcast plugin turns Stream Deck keys into moments. Press "clutch" and your commentator says something about the clutch, in character, about a second later.
Four actions
- Trigger: fire a moment from your game preset, like kill, choke or victory.
- Say: send a custom line for the commentator.
- Mute: quiet the commentator for a while, for when you need to talk.
- Switch: change persona or game preset from a key.
Set it up
- Install Colorcast and open it once.
- Download the Stream Deck plugin and double-click it; the Stream Deck app installs it.
- In Colorcast, open Triggers and copy the API token. Paste it into the plugin's settings on any Colorcast key; every key uses it after that.
- Drag Trigger keys onto your deck and pick a moment for each.
The plugin talks to the app on your own PC, so Colorcast needs to be running.
No Stream Deck?
Every moment has a global hotkey that works while your game has focus, and mic callouts let you say the moment instead. Anything that can make an HTTP request (Streamer.bot, Lioranboard, a macro pad, a script) can trigger lines through the local API.

Which Stream Deck models work?
The plugin uses standard keys, so any model the Stream Deck app supports with keys can run it.
Does it need the internet?
The key press goes to the app on your PC. The line itself is written and voiced by our service, so narration needs a connection.
