What "narrated hour" means
A narrated hour is sixty minutes of the commentator actually speaking. A four-hour stream where the persona says something every couple of minutes uses about 10–15 minutes. Stingers — pre-rendered lines for repeated moments — are cached on your PC after the first render and don't count again.

The commentator goes quiet and the app offers an upgrade. Nothing is charged automatically.
Do I need a Colorcast account?
The app creates a device-bound account on first run — no email required for Free. You'll get a restore key to link a second PC.
